A 10 × 15 photo on one A4 sheet
A 10 × 15 cm photo fits easily inside the usable area of an A4 sheet, which is 19 × 26.7 cm after the 10 mm margins. You can leave it on the sheet and trim it afterwards, or print several with more copies of the PDF.
If the photo is not 2:3, we do not crop or stretch it: the height adjusts by itself. A landscape photo 15 cm wide will be 10 cm tall.
Getting the size exact
Print at 100%, with “Actual size” on and “Fit to page” off. Measure the 50 mm line at the bottom of the sheet with a ruler: if it reads 50 mm, the photo is 10 cm wide.
For the cleanest result, use photo paper and your printer’s high quality setting.
When it makes sense
It works for a frame, a card, an album or a large ID photo when you do not want to wait for a lab. If you need many prints, a lab is still cheaper.

Why does the photo not fill the sheet?
Because an A4 sheet is larger than 10 × 15 cm. The PDF keeps the real size and does not stretch it.
Does it work for 13 × 18 cm?
Yes. Change the width to 13 cm and the height adjusts. A 13 × 18 cm photo also fits inside the usable area of an A4 sheet.
How many pixels does a 10 × 15 photo need?
About 1800 × 1200 pixels gives a sharp print, which almost any phone camera produces. A very small web image will look blurry.
