    What it is for

Sending the quarter's invoices to your accountant in one file, justifying the expenses of a trip, or attaching every receipt for a claim. One PDF is easier to review and no attachment gets lost on the way.

    How to do it

    1. Choose all the invoices at once in the box above.
    2. Order them with the arrows, for example by date.
    3. Press Merge PDF and download the document.
    4. Open it and check they are all there, in the right order.

If an invoice is a photo

Convert it first with Images to PDF, then merge it with the rest. If an invoice has a password, open it first with Unlock PDF.

    Worth knowing

Pages are copied as they are: the text stays selectable. Digitally signed invoices lose the signature when merged, so keep the originals if you need them.

    Common questions

    Are my PDFs uploaded anywhere?

No. PDFs are processed on your device. We do not receive or store your files or their names. The server receives normal requests to load the website. TotPDF keeps no access or error logs of its own. This version has no analytics, advertising or trackers. Tools like iLovePDF, Smallpdf or PDF24 send files to their servers and delete them after one or two hours. TotPDF processes them in your browser: they are never uploaded.

Is it free? Is there a daily limit?

Yes. There is no daily limit, per-document quota or paid plan. Run successive batches as needed. Safety limits are 150 MB per file, 500 pages for rendering and 25 million pixels per page. Available memory may impose lower limits.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes, in modern browsers. A computer often has more memory for large documents. Keep the tab open during processing and check the PDF before sending it.
